GAC was founded in 1995 by professional musicians envisioning a forum for
contemporary music and arts.
GAC offers information, music production and publishing, coaching and
mentoring, organization of concerts and festivals.
GAC facilitates connections between performers, concert organizers, audiences
and cultural organizations, both nationally and internationally.
GAC offers resources and guidance for the development of performing art
projects.
GAC assumes the responsibilities of an employer and helps with financial
management and necessary knowledge within the music industry.
GAC is an efficiently administered and professionally run center working with
well-defined projects and is supported by the region of Västra Götaland (West
Sweden Region) thanks to its specific focus on "increased participation and
promoting innovation".
